Health and Safety Policy

Roteiro do Saber, Lda acknowledges that Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a fundamental value and an essential factor for the well-being of its workers, the sustainability of the organization, and the quality of its activities.
The company is committed to providing safe and healthy working conditions, preventing occupational accidents, dangerous incidents, and occupational diseases, and promoting a culture of prevention and continuous improvement.

 

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all company workers, regardless of contractual arrangement, as well as to service providers, suppliers, and other interested parties who carry out activities under the organization’s control.

 

3. Organizational Commitments

In the context of Occupational Safety and Health, Roteiro do Saber, Lda commits to:

4. Responsibilities

Management assumes responsibility for leading and supporting the implementation of this Policy, ensuring its communication, understanding, and application at all levels of the organization.
All workers must comply with OSH rules and procedures, adopt safe behaviors, and collaborate in identifying hazards and improving working conditions.

 

5. Communication and Disclosure

This Policy is communicated to all workers and is available to relevant interested parties, with its understanding and compliance being promoted.

 

6. Policy Review

This Occupational Safety and Health Policy will be reviewed periodically, or whenever justified, to ensure it remains appropriate to the organization’s activity, applicable legislation, and the principles of continuous improvement.
