Statement of Principles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Roteiro do Saber, Lda acknowledges that Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a fundamental value and an essential factor for the well-being of its workers, the sustainability of the organization, and the quality of its activities.<br data-start=\"315\" data-end=\"318\" \/>The company is committed to providing safe and healthy working conditions, preventing occupational accidents, dangerous incidents, and occupational diseases, and promoting a culture of prevention and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"543\" data-end=\"772\">This Policy applies to all company workers, regardless of contractual arrangement, as well as to service providers, suppliers, and other interested parties who carry out activities under the organization\u2019s control.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Organizational Commitments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"895\">In the context of Occupational Safety and Health, Roteiro do Saber, Lda commits to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"970\">\n<p data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"970\">Comply with applicable legislation and other relevant OSH requirements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"970\">\n<p data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"970\">Identify, assess, and control occupational risks associated with its activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1127\">\n<p data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1127\">Prevent occupational accidents, incidents, and occupational diseases<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1128\" data-end=\"1181\">\n<p data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1181\">Promote continuous improvement of OSH performance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1245\">\n<p data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1245\">Provide the necessary resources to implement safe practices<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1313\">\n<p data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1313\">Ensure consultation and participation of workers in OSH matters<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1386\">\n<p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1386\">Promote appropriate training, awareness, and information for workers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1386\">\n<p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1386\">Integrate OSH into the organization\u2019s overall management<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Management assumes responsibility for leading and supporting the implementation of this Policy, ensuring its communication, understanding, and application at all levels of the organization.<br data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1665\" \/>All workers must comply with OSH rules and procedures, adopt safe behaviors, and collaborate in identifying hazards and improving working conditions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Communication and Disclosure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"1999\">This Policy is communicated to all workers and is available to relevant interested parties, with its understanding and compliance being promoted.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Policy Review<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2001\" data-end=\"2255\">This Occupational Safety and Health Policy will be reviewed periodically, or whenever justified, to ensure it remains appropriate to the organization\u2019s activity, applicable legislation, and the principles of continuous improvement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
